Training for
Happy Cats

Can you train a cat? Yes. And cats are always learning from us. If you aren’t purposefully teaching cats the behaviors you’d like more of, you may be accidentally reinforcing behaviors you don’t want. There are a few things you will want to teach your cat.

Cat Necessities

Three Things to
Teach Your Cat

Do you have a new rescue, kitten, or a longtime beloved cat who needs some extra care?

We’ll get started on teaching your cat three basics:

  • How to enjoy going into their crate so you can take them easily to the vet

  • Teach your cat where you want them to be (ie NOT on your laptop or the kitchen counter!)

  • Comfort with being brushed and handled

We’ll also include how to give your cat hobbies so they don’t pester you!

Add on a cat extra: Teach your cat to walk comfortably on a harness
